How long will it take to receive my order?
It typically takes 1-3 business days for your order to process before it ships. Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service from Acton, California 93510 (some large or odd-sized orders may be shipped via UPS). Shipping time varies by destination, visit www.usps.com to calculate the ship time to your destination. Yes, please email or fax your official school purchase order to 800-239-8903. Please note the website will not accept a purchase order as payment, you must fax or email it to us.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for the purchase price less shipping & handling.
Can you send me the lyrics to a song or album?
No, due to copyright laws, the lyrics to all of our songs are only available in the liner notes (CD cover) of the corresponding album.

How do I make a reservation or purchase tickets?
Reservations may be made by sending in an order form or by calling 800-626-8545. Tickets may be purchased online, by sending in an order form, or by calling
How much are tickets?
Tickets are $12.00* per person, regardless of age. Everyone including teachers, staff, parents, and children needs a ticket. We offer a free ticket with every 30 purchased.
*(Tickets for groups of 10 or more are $10.00 per person)
How do I get my free ticket(s)?
We offer a free ticket with every 30 tickets purchased. In order to make sure you receive the correct number of tickets, please take the following steps:
Online: Please enter the total number of tickets you wish to order, your discount will be automatically applied at check out.
By phone, fax, or email: Please indicate the total number of tickets you wish to order. We will subtract the free ticket cost from your invoice. If you are sending a payment in with your reservation, please be sure to deduct the appropriate amount from your payment.
Who needs a ticket?
Everyone is required to have a ticket, regardless of age. This includes teachers, staff, parents, and children of all ages.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to the show date. If you purchased your tickets online, your order confirmation is your ticket.
Where will I be seated?
In order to accommodate everyone, specific seating assignments are not available prior to your show. Please notify us of any special accommodations requests, or if you would like to be seated with a particular group. Seating will be assigned in order of payment received, so be sure to pay for your tickets as soon as possible to ensure your proximity to the stage. Once you have been seated, please stay in your assigned seat to avoid delays in the start time.
Can I sit with my child’s school?
Yes, we will make every effort to seat you with your child and his or her school. We must be notified of your request at the time of purchase. Please purchase your tickets as soon as possible to ensure there are still seats available with your group. Please reference the group’s name to make sure we seat you with the right group.
How long is the show?
The show is approximately one hour long. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to show time, and Greg & Steve will come out after the show to shake hands, sign autographs, take pictures, etc.
Please arrive on time and remain seated in your assigned seats in order to avoid delays in the start time.
Where do I park?
Citrus College: Detailed parking instructions will be sent with your tickets. There is no bus parking on campus. Busses may drop off passenger on campus, then park at near-by Azusa Pacific University in LOT I (Citrus Annex 2). Cars may park for free in Azusa Pacific University LOT I (Citrus Annex 2). Limited car parking on campus is available, however you must stop at the kiosk at the main entrance on Citrus Ave. and purchase a parking permit for $5.00.
Redondo Beach: Complimentary parking is available in the lot adjacent to the theater.
San Gabriel: Complimentary parking is available in the lot adjacent to the theater.
Thousand Oaks: Please let us know the number of cars or buses in your party, so that we may accommodate you at the Thousand Oaks City Hall parking lot .
